Planned and organized daily activities for over 45+ scouts ranging between 6 - 11 years of age and volunteer counsellors for a two week overnight camp.
Organized and created the first weeks schedule with Excel to plan 14 hour days for staff and
scouts.Guided and advised younger staff on planning the second weeks daily routines and activities
within Excel.Facilitated workshops for counsellors about merit badges and camp protocols.

A community based engagement platform (FFL) offered users their most compelling need for social support through a community of co-workers, friends and family for healthy active living. Through field and demographic research, interviews, surveying, and market/business analysis our team conceptualized a service to be integrated with our target market. The solution encouraged new habits through gamification and by establishing personalized and team goals.
